Affectionately known as Double ‘O ’ was chartered on May 15, 1982 at the University of the District of Columbia.  It is the 721st chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.  The charter members of Omicron Omicron are:   Bro. William Bailey, III,  Bro. Terry S. Coleman, Bro. Kenneth Ellerbee, Bro. Alan Harrison, Bro. John Henderson,    Bro. Edmund Jones, Bro. Raymond Longshore, Jr., Bro. Robert McNeil, Bro. Patrick Parrish, Bro. John D. Smith, Bro. Reginald Stewart, Bro. James Terry, Bro. Edwin Treadwell, Jr.  Since its inception, Omicron Omicron Chapter has initiated a total of 79 members into its ranks, which goes to show that it is quality not quantity that makes Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The brothers of Omicron Omicron Chapter have held the light high for Alpha, and in keeping with our Fraternity motto "First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All". We serve to enrich the U.D.C. campus, as well as, surrounding D.C. community.
