Obviously these values are incorrect. The UPS outputs normal data when using powerchute personal, but because I'm running a server OS. PCE won't install. I've also had the same result on the newer version 10.0.1. Any idea why this is happening? I've tried reinstalling and using both 32 and 64 bit versions.

I've got Powerchute from my device page and installed the agent and console edition. During installation of the agent, my UPS got detected and I assumed all is well. After installation I saw that the service was also running under Services. I am however unable to see the status of my UPS and battery. When I double click "PowerChute Business Edition Console" and open the program I get a login screen where I input the username and password provided by me during installation and I get the error message saying " Could not connect to the powerchute business edition server. make sure that the powerchute business edition server software is running, and that its host is connected to the network, then try to connect again."
