Associate Professor
Dept. Electrical & Computer Engineering
Air University Islamabad, Pakistan
I am currently Associate Professor at Air University where I was Assistant Professor until 2022. Before joining Air University, I held 2 postdoc positions at University of Sydney and University of New South Wales (UNSW) where I'm Visiting Fellow since Jan 2012. I completed my PhD at UNSW. My research focuses on statistical signal processing and machine learning. More specifically, I develop signal processing algorithms for system identification and stochastic filtering for systems observed via point processes. I teach courses in statistical signal processing and control.
