Welcome to Auto Reply for WA: ChatBot. This application is developed by Anz Studio. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

1. Data Collection and Usage

To provide our automated reply service, this app requires Notification Access.

•Incoming Messages: We read incoming notifications from WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business to detect keywords and generate automated replies.

•Personalization: The app processes the sender's name to provide personalized greetings.

•How we use it: All message processing for "Keyword Mode" and "Global Mode" happens locally on your device. For "AI Mode," please see the section below.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration

Our app features an AI Mode that generates intelligent responses.

•Data Sharing: When AI Mode is enabled, the content of the incoming message and the sender's name are transmitted to our third-party AI provider.

•Purpose: This data is shared solely for the purpose of App Functionality (generating a relevant response).

•Security: Data is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS). We do not store your private conversations on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to improve your experience:

•Google Play Services: For app stability and updates.

•AdMob: To display advertisements.

•Firebase (Firestore & Analytics): To manage AI quotas and analyze app performance. We use your anonymous Android ID to sync your usage limit.

4. Data Retention and Security

•Local Data: Your custom keywords and settings are stored on your device's local database (Room) and are never uploaded to our servers.

•Cloud Data: Anonymous usage data (AI Quota) is stored in Firebase for as long as the app is installed.

5. Data Deletion Request (URL Requirement)

We provide a clear and easy way for users to request the deletion of their data. In compliance with Google Play policies, you can request data deletion by following these steps:

How to delete your data:

Manual Deletion: You can delete all your saved keywords and settings directly within the app's settings or by clearing the app's cache/data in your Android System Settings.
Account/Quota Deletion: To delete your anonymous AI usage record (Quota) from our Firebase Firestore database, please send an email to anzstudio441@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.

We will process all manual deletion requests via email within 48-72 hours.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
