AnyRead ("the app") is developed by IROHA21 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
Section A - Information We Do Not Collect
AnyRead does not require an account, login, or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers directly.
Section B - Books and Documents
Books and documents you add to your library are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or transmit the contents of your books to our servers.
Section C - Translation
On-device translation uses Google ML Kit and runs entirely on your device; the text being translated is not sent anywhere. When on-device language packs are unavailable, the app sends the selected word or short phrase (not your full book) to our translation server, which forwards it to a third-party translation provider (Yandex Translate) solely to return a translation. This text is not stored or logged by us beyond what is needed to process the request.
Section D - Advertising
AnyRead shows ads served by Google AdMob and/or Yandex Ads, depending on your region. These third-party ad networks may collect device identifiers, general location (country/region), and other data as described in their own privacy policies, to serve and measure ads. Section E - In-App Purchases
If you purchase "Remove Ads," the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information; we only receive confirmation that the purchase was completed, to disable ads on your device.
Section F - Local Storage
App preferences (language settings, reading preferences, saved word translations, and purchase status) are stored locally on your device using standard Android storage mechanisms and are not transmitted to us.
Section G - Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. The only data shared with third parties is what's described above (ad networks, translation provider), solely to provide those features.
Section H - Children's Privacy
AnyRead is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Section I - Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL.
