NC-Code Editor for every workshop
AnyNC is a simple software to use and edit NC-Programs (G-Code).
His main functionality is general recognition of files, machines, codes and multichannel synchronisation.
It is made to support any CNC- machine within its NC-structure.
It has a navigation tab, in which all elements and codes are recognized, so the user can directly navigate and found it.
It is designed to be used in parallel with CAM-software for an optimized user experience. Once connected to the CAM, files sent to AnyNC can be recognized in seconds and displayed to the user at their best.
Once you open the files, the system will search for specific keywords and match them to entries in the machine database. If a match is found, the machine will be assigned to the project tab and its NC-syntax will be loaded for further use.
By machine settings and opened files the main and auxialiary or subprogram will be divided.
By machine settings and opened files the tools will be searched and added to a navigation tab.
In machine settings can be added job start/end syntax, so it can be recognized, like it was in CAM defined.
This software can recognize waitmarks and synchronize files in parallel view for any CNC-machine.
In navigation can it can be found and fast locate in program.
Advance waitmarks are important for complex CNC-machine and used as a function and waitmark at the same time.
These can be easily setup in waitmarks setting and later recognized and synchronized.
This mode allow user to view his project in more compact view, so you can see overall programmed jobs.
With options Collapse and Expand you can fold and unfold job routines in simple and complex NC-programms.
Implementation of Code-Syntax Recognition, to read all codes in NC-Program regardless of Machine.
Implementaiton of Toolpath-Simulation for both turning and milling operations.
Implementaiton of Material-Removal Simulation for realistic simulation of tool and material.
Implementation of Kinematic and combining all simulation to one unique real machine simulation.
