Anye VPN (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a free virtual private network application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights. By installing or using Anye VPN, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you provide
Contact: email address if you contact support, provide feedback, or opt in to communications.
Support messages and other information you voluntarily submit.
Automatically collected information
Device and app data: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, and device identifiers (for example, advertising ID) for analytics and troubleshooting.
Connection metadata: VPN session start/end times, connection duration, selected server region, amount of data transferred, and connection status (success/failure) used to operate and monitor the service.
Crash and diagnostic data: logs and performance information to detect and fix issues.
No traffic/content logging
We do NOT collect, log, monitor, or store the content of your communications, browsing history, DNS queries, or the specific websites, services, or destinations you access while connected to the VPN.
How We Use Information
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App and VPN service.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues and crashes.
Monitor aggregated usage and analytics to improve performance and reliability.
Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Sharing and Disclosure
Service providers: We may share limited, necessary data (such as aggregated analytics, crash logs, and hosting-related information) with trusted third-party service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, monitoring, or support. These providers are contractually restricted from using data for other purposes.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
