The Anvil

The Anvil is the largest student-led entrepreneurship initiative at Purdue University. We have a core mission of igniting and empowering the entrepreneurial spirit within Purdue University and the Greater Midwest area. We accomplish this by acting as a launchpad for student founders and startup ventures, offering invaluable mentorship, comprehensive programming, and essential resources.

As Purdue University students, we recognize startups' immense potential as catalysts for innovation. While the younger generation embraces the idea of entrepreneurship, many do not pursue their dreams while attending college. By cultivating a supportive environment filled with resources and fostering a tight-knit community, we aspire to significantly increase the number of student entrepreneurs and startups.

Our Alumni

There are an incredible amount of startups that have been incubated and accelerated throughout our history. With many getting into Y-Combinator, TechStars, and other venture-backed accelerators. The Anvil has supported the ideas of our brilliant, driven, and diverse student body to go on to make an impact on a large scale.
