Dr. Anurag Chauhan completed his PhD in 2024 from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India, specializing in spintronics. His doctoral research contributed to the understanding of spin-based electronics and its potential in next-generation devices. He holds an M.Tech in VLSI from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, awarded in 2015.
Currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Delhi Technological University, Dr. Chauhan's work spans multiple cutting-edge areas, including VLSI, Spintronics, Optoelectronics, and the Magnetic properties of materials. His research has been recognized with Research Excellence Awards from Delhi Technological University in 2022, 2023, and 2024, highlighting his sustained contributions to the field.
Dr. Chauhan serves as a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals, further contributing to the scientific community. He is also a member of the IEEE Society.
