Welcome to my website.

I am an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. 

I completed my Ph.D. in Molecular Bioscience, Organic Chemistry at Middle Tennessee State University in 2016. I earned a Master’s degree in Chemistry at Middle Tennessee State University University in 2011 and Bachelor’s of science degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy at University of Colombo in 2006. 

I am interested in the field of Organic and General Chemistry. My current research focuses on Organic synthesis, Natural product extraction and isolation.
