I am Anuj Kumar Bhagat, a research scholar in the Department of Mathematics at IIT Delhi. I am working with Prof Ritumoni Sarma in Algebra and its applications to coding theory and cryptography. My research interests mainly include the following keywords: Algebra over a field, linear code, trace of an algebra, trace code, cyclotomic polynomials, cyclic codes, PKC, and McEliece Cryptosystem.

I completed my postgraduation (in Mathematics) from the University of North Bengal, West Bengal, in 2020. I served as an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics at Salesian College, Siliguri Campus, from June 2020 to May 2021. I joined IIT Delhi as a research scholar in the Mathematics Department in August 2021.
