My Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
My Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
While working for the Community Living Education Project (formerly known as Developmental Disabilities Family Education Project) at UMDNJ/Rutgers University, one of my responsibilities was to evaluate the workshops and education sessions to determine how well we were doing with delivering the information to the attendees and how the attendees felt about the quality of the workshops that were held. Workshops were held at developmental centers and other locations throughout the northern, central, and southern parts of New Jersey. Attendees were both family members and staff members who served individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Attendees were asked a series of questions pertaining to how well received the information was, the relevance of the topics discussed, the presenters knowledge and delivery of the topics discussed, their understanding of the subject-matter, and if they would be interested in attending other sessions or informing others to attend the session.
Scores were based on a scale of 1 to 5 -- 5 was the highest most positive score and 1 was the lowest. Attendees consistently marked the evaluations high and our scores were consistently from 96% to 98%.
Demographic information was also taken on the evaluations to include the attendees affiliation to the individual being served by the Division of Developmental Disabilities, the area in which they lived or worked, and if their loved one lived at home or in the community in a group home, supervised apartment, or other location.
