### 1. 产品简介

小蚁记账是一款本地记账工具，用于记录收入、支出、分类、标签、预算和周期账单，并通过账本与统计页面帮助你了解收支情况。账单数据默认仅保存在当前设备。

### 2. 记一笔

1. 点击首页或底部中央的语音入口，或进入“记一笔”。

2. 选择“支出”或“收入”，输入金额并选择分类。

3. 确认日期与时间；可选填场景标签和备注。

4. 点击右上角“保存”。金额、分类或时间未完成时，保存按钮不可用。

编辑已有账单时，进入账单详情后修改内容并保存；删除账单后无法在应用内恢复。

### 3. 语音录入

1. 点击语音入口并按系统提示授予麦克风和语音识别权限。

2. 说出收支内容，例如“午饭花了二十八元”。

3. 识别结果会填入确认页面；请核对金额、收支类型、分类和时间后再保存。

语音识别无法确认的信息需要手动补全。设备能力或系统服务可能影响识别方式与可用性。

### 4. 浏览与统计

- **首页**：查看近期账单、当月概览和预算提醒。

- **账本**：按日期浏览账单，可搜索、筛选、编辑或删除。

- **统计**：查看月度收入、支出、分类排行、预算使用情况和高级洞察；当前月的累计收支图仅显示至当天。

### 5. 预算、规则与标签

- 在设置中可配置月度总预算和分类预算；预算为 0 时会移除对应预算。

- 可创建自动分类规则，便于根据关键词为新账单建议分类。

- 可创建每月周期账单；如开启通知权限，应用可发送本地提醒。

- 场景标签可用于补充账单上下文。删除标签不会删除已关联账单；可在“已删除”中恢复，彻底删除后不可恢复。

### 6. 备份、导出与恢复

在“设置 → 数据管理”中可以：

- 导出完整 JSON 备份；

- 导出本月或全部账单的 CSV 文件；

- 从 JSON 备份恢复；恢复前会显示摘要并要求再次确认，确认后会覆盖当前设备的账单、场景标签及关联数据；

- 清除当前设备上的全部账单。此操作不可撤销，建议先导出备份。

导出的文件由你通过系统文件选择器保存、分享或删除；请自行妥善保管，其中可能包含账单金额、时间、分类、标签和备注。

### 7. 常见问题

**保存按钮为什么不可用？**  请确认金额大于 0、已选择有效分类，并已确认日期与时间。

**为什么无法使用语音录入？**  请在系统设置中开启麦克风与语音识别权限，并确认设备的语音识别服务可用。

**更换设备后数据还在吗？**  本应用默认不提供云端同步。请先导出 JSON 备份，再在新设备中使用“从备份恢复”。

### 1. Overview

Ant Ledger is an on-device expense tracker for recording income, expenses, categories, tags, budgets, and recurring transactions. The Ledger and Reports tabs help you review your finances. Transaction data is stored on the current device by default.

### 2. Add a transaction

1. Tap the voice entry in the center of the tab bar or open **Add Transaction**.

2. Select **Expense** or **Income**, enter an amount, and choose a category.

3. Confirm the date and time; tags and notes are optional.

4. Tap **Save**. Save is unavailable until the amount, category, and time are complete.

To edit an existing transaction, open it from the ledger, make changes, and save. Deleted transactions cannot be restored in the app.

### 3. Voice entry

1. Tap voice entry and allow microphone and speech-recognition access when prompted.

2. Speak a transaction, for example, “Lunch cost twenty-eight yuan.”

3. Review the extracted amount, type, category, and time before saving.

Complete any information that speech recognition could not determine manually. Availability and recognition behavior can depend on your device and system services.

### 4. Ledger and reports

- **Home** shows recent transactions, the current-month overview, and budget reminders.

- **Ledger** lets you browse transactions by date, search, filter, edit, or delete them.

- **Reports** shows monthly income and expense totals, category rankings, budget usage, and insights. The current-month cumulative chart ends on today.

### 5. Budgets, rules, and tags

- Set a monthly total budget and category budgets in Settings. Setting a budget to zero removes it.

- Create auto-categorization rules to suggest a category for new transactions based on keywords.

- Create monthly recurring transactions. If notification permission is enabled, the app can send local reminders.

- Tags add context to transactions. Deleting a tag does not delete linked transactions; deleted tags can be restored until they are permanently removed.

### 6. Backup, export, and restore

In **Settings → Data Management**, you can export a full JSON backup, export current-month or all transactions as CSV, restore a JSON backup, or clear all local transactions. Restore requires a second confirmation and replaces current transactions, tags, and their links. Clearing transactions cannot be undone; export a backup first.

Files exported through the system file picker are under your control. Keep them safe because they may include transaction amounts, dates, categories, tags, and notes.

### 7. FAQ

**Why is Save unavailable?** Confirm that the amount is greater than zero, a valid category is selected, and the date and time are confirmed.

**Why can’t I use voice entry?** Enable Microphone and Speech Recognition in iOS Settings and make sure speech recognition is available on your device.

**Will my data move to a new device automatically?** No cloud sync is provided by default. Export a JSON backup and restore it on the new device.
