1. USE OF THE APP
AntiqueScan provides tools to scan, analyze, and obtain information about antique items using your device's camera or photo library. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL
The information, identifications, and estimates provided by the App are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The App does not provide professional appraisal, authentication, valuation, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified expert before making any decision based on the App's results. We are not liable for any decisions made in reliance on the App.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device account settings. A free trial, if offered, automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under their policies.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
5. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of images you submit. By submitting images, you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the App's features.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
