You NEED to pay UPFRONT and in full. NO REFUNDS after starting the sketching phase.
If, however, there was no work that started in the sketch phase, I am willing to refund.
Sketches in 2 days, final pieces take a week or more.
Revisions (not including touch-ups) are limited to 3 after the sketching phase. Additional major revisions near the finalizing phase will cost $1 extra.
Please have an idea of the pose before the starting process.
You will be on a list going in order of when a commission starts. Here is my (Trello) for listing progression!
Not mandatory, but I have a Toyhou.se so if you'd like to put your new adopt on there, send over a credit request!

Use of AI
NO FORM OF AI WILL BE USED ON MY ART (You WILL be blacklisted)
If you decide to use AI to generate a finalized version of a sketch of mine, you would be wasting your own money. And will be blacklisted
If you decide to cancel and ask for a refund just to use my sketch in AI, that is not happening. No refunds
If you make any argument about "Fair Use" when using AI on my work, you will again be blacklisted.
To make this clear, AI can be used to do good things. However, diminishing an Artists work and using AI to recreate/edit an existing piece is not allowed here. Art is a luxury and AI should never replace the Artist or the value of this luxury.
How to Use+Credit Artwork
Do not post/repost my art without proper credit (Antiblitz, AntiblitzYT, @AntiblitzYT)
No artwork of mine will be used for any commercial use. This means you will not profit on my works.
The only exception is that some form of negotiation happens with me before, during or after the creation of the art piece
You may edit my artwork as you please, as long as you credit me for the original piece if you post it!
Unused WIPs or declined/canceled artworks, specifically the pose, are still my pieces. I have the right to reuse these poses in other works, like YCH's.
I retain all the rights to each artwork I create.
I would like to have the ability to draw an adopt for my portfolio! (Hey, that art will help built your new OC's gallery, wouldn't it?)

Purchasing Adopts
You can pay for each adopt on my Ko-fi OR PayPal using the Invoice system. USD is my primary currency.
I will NOT accept anything other then an Invoice on PayPal
This is a first come/first serve.
When you buy an adopt on Ko-Fi, you have no competition like the DeviantArt bidding system!
I will ask a question: "Do you want an extra bonus Artwork with your Adopt". You can accept or deny, it doesn't hurt me one bit! I do this to have more experience/artworks for a portfolio!
The artworks are limited to Drawings (Headshot, Bust and/or Full-body with either Flat color or Detailed/Cel Shading)
No Animations, Pixelart, ex. pieces are a part of the offer!
Biding
Biding Adopts will have a (SB)/Starting Bid, (MR/MI)/Minimum Raise/Increase, and (AB)/Autobuy/Buyout system.
Basic/Starting SB/MR/AB for Adopts: (SB)- $15 (MR)- +$5 (AB)- $40
(Keep in mind, prices will always fluctuate depending on the adopt.)
Please use my Ko-Fi-Paypal for payments, DeviantArt comment section for putting down bids! I will usually post a message with the Starting Bid and Autobuy under any post I make involving biding!
Note that biding is NOT first come/first serve UNLESS the Autobuy is met. If someone bids higher, you are not entitled to the adopt no matter when the bit is taken place UNLESS the bid is after a certain due date.
Rules applying to ALL Adopts
You may resell adopts you purchased.
Do Not sell for more then you bought unless you commissioned artwork for it.
Please do not resell any gifted/FREE adopts from raffles.
You HAVE to credit me as the creator of the adopt before reselling. Any artwork I make for that adopt must also have credit.
Trading is allowed as well as Gifting!
Of course give credit and DO NOT make anyone pay money for a gift/trade!
You may make minor edits, but do not make the Adopt unreadable from the original design. It must still have the core details I installed unless negotiated with me.
You may make lore changes for things like a Pokémon Fusion Adopt, but any original species I make must not be changed lore wise. Unless negotiated with me.
Species swaps are allowed unless said otherwise!
DO NOT trace my works. Unless it is a base I provide, you have no permission to trace! This will cause you to go on my Blacklist.
Please don't use my adopts in fetish content. You have to ask if I allow fetish content for a certain adopt.
NSFW content is allowed for all adopts over the age of 18.
If you make ANY kind of NSFW artwork of my minor (underage) adopts, you will be blacklisted.

Project Process+Adjustments
Rough sketches will take up to 2 days
Finished pieces should take up to a week or more depending on customers choice
I will send images of the piece in progress frequently
If you have a deadline you want the art to be done by, please talk to me about it first. This will decide if I will do your commission.
There will be up to 3 revisions. However, all revisions in the sketch stage are unlimited. Any more revisions after will be a fee of 1$
Please have you're pose idea/image of a pose I will be referencing before asking for a commission
Touch-ups will not count as revisions
There will be an order I do each commission (If I have multiple pieces to do at once)
The list will go in order depending on prices, complexity and urgency/deadlines for each piece
A wait list will also be available if I am backed up on commissions. Here is my (Trello) for listing progression!

If there are patterns on your design, I MAY use a free to use image for the shown pattern on your OC. Keep this in mind when giving me a detailed ref.
Fur patterns can be as detailed as you want. If there are details, like flowers or other shapes on the fur/skin, I may simplify them to fit my style. This can be discussed when you give me details about your character(s).
