Creating, sharing, and discovering ways to further
social and economic justice, equity, and inclusion
social and economic justice, equity, and inclusion
Welcome to the website of the Anti Racism Committee (ARC) hosted by Pelham Executive Meeting (PEM) of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers).
ARC is committed to creating, sharing, and discovering documents, events, media, and actions that further social and economic justice, equity, and inclusion for members of racialized groups including Black, Indigenous, Inuit, Metis and People of Colour (BIIMPOC) and other groups that face racial discrimination such as the Jewish community.
We seek to create and share opportunities to promote social and economic justice, equity, and inclusion with others through our existing communities and Quaker Meetings.
ARC is an open committee that welcomes visitors to observe and to nominate themselves to join at any time. Members are not required to be attenders of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). Members must commit to the Community Guidelines.
