I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Melbourne in the Department of Economics, specializing in Behavioral and Environmental Economics.
Challenges like water scarcity and the energy transition demand change in all parts of the economy. My research focuses on how we can combine smart-meter data on water and energy usage with insights from Behavioral Economics to nudge households to conserve water and energy, with the ultimate goal of informing optimal policy design.
I am currently examining how household water usage is affected by smart meter data, app-enabled daily personalized feedback, and weekly goals and rewards.
