Anthony davis injury update
Davis had a lower-body injury during the February 8, 2025, game against the Houston Rockets, which he subsequently diagnosed as a "little spasm" in his groin/quad area2. Thankfully, Davis informed reporters that the injury is "not serious" and that he is certain it won't be a major obstacle to his comeback.
Mavs game
Davis played 31 minutes and had an outstanding effort despite the injury, dishing out seven assists, grabbing 16 rebounds, and scoring 26 points. In the Western Conference playoff race, the Mavericks moved up to eighth position after winning 116-105.
Davis' speedy recovery and return to action are the Mavericks' hopes.
