This Privacy Policy explains how AntGames ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Anteo Rush (the "Game").
We are based in Cyprus and act as the data controller for the limited personal data described in this policy.
By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We want to be direct about this, so here is the short version:
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or contact details.
Your game progress is stored only on your own device. We never receive it.
The Game is free and supported by advertising. Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, collects certain device and usage information in order to serve adverts.
You can control whether you see personalised adverts through your device settings and through the consent options shown in the Game.
The detail follows below.
None.
We do not collect, receive or store any personal information about you directly. The Game requires no registration, no sign-in and no personal details of any kind.
The Game saves the following on your device so that your progress persists between sessions:
Coins and gems earned
Upgrades purchased with in-game currency
Challenge progress and completion
Best distance and high score
Sound, music and other in-app settings
This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us and we have no access to it. Deleting the Game will permanently delete this data.
The Game displays adverts supplied by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited.
To serve, measure and improve adverts, AdMob and its partners may collect and process:
Advertising identifiers (the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS, the Google Advertising ID on Android)
IP address, which may be used to infer approximate location at country or city level
Device information such as model, operating system version, language and screen size
Advert interaction data, including which adverts were shown, viewed or clicked
General app usage signals relating to advert delivery
We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you. We see only aggregated, anonymous reporting such as total impressions and revenue.

How Google uses information from apps that use its services — https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, we rely on the following legal bases:
Consent — for personalised advertising and the use of advertising identifiers for that purpose. Where required, you are shown a consent message when you first open the Game, and you may withdraw or change your choice at any time.
Legitimate interests — for non-personalised advertising, fraud prevention and basic advert measurement, which are necessary to fund a free game.
If you decline consent for personalised advertising, the Game remains fully playable. You will simply see non-personalised adverts instead.
Consent settings in the Game
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can review and change your advertising consent at any time via [Settings → Privacy Settings / Ad Consent — CONFIRM WHERE THIS LIVES IN YOUR GAME].
On iOS
App Tracking Transparency: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
You can revoke tracking permission for the Game at any time.
On Android

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing purposes.
Information is shared only with Google AdMob, and only for the advertising purposes described in Section 5.
Google may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google relies on approved transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Further detail is available in Google's privacy documentation linked above.
We do not hold any personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain.
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained in accordance with Google's own retention policies. Data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete the Game or clear its data.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Because we do not hold identifiable information about you, we are usually unable to locate any data in response to such a request. Requests concerning data held by Google should be directed to Google, or exercised through the device controls in Section 7.
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection — https://www.dataprotection.gov.cy
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Advertising identifiers used for personalised adverts may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA, and you can opt out using the device controls in Section 7.
Anteo Rush is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that higher age applies).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate action.
Because the Game collects no personal information and stores progress only on your own device, there is no central database of user data that could be exposed. Data transmitted to our advertising partner is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be announced within the Game. Continued use of the Game after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
