1. Scope and responsibility
AntCreation is responsible for Paper Lilt. This policy describes the current Android and iOS app. Contact: antcreation118@gmail.com. The app has no account registration, advertising SDK or developer-operated document upload service.
2. Content processed on your device
The app reads the PDFs, images and scans you choose and processes page images, recognized text, annotations, handwritten signatures, stamp images and entered passwords to perform your actions. It stores saved local documents, thumbnails where generated, names, page counts, update times and stamp-library images and names. A local preference records completion of the introduction. We do not receive your document contents through an app-operated server.
3. Permissions and optional actions
Camera access supports scanning when the platform requests it. File access is initiated through system pickers for your selected files and destinations. Denying access can prevent that feature; other available features remain usable. You can revoke permissions in system settings. Copying recognized text places it on the system clipboard, subject to your device’s clipboard settings.
4. SDKs and platform services
Google ML Kit performs OCR on-device; supported Android scanning uses Google Play services, while iOS scanning uses system frameworks. Google states that ML Kit does not send input documents or recognition results to its servers, but may obtain models or fixes and send SDK diagnostics and usage metrics. These can include device and OS details, app version, installation identifiers, latency, configuration, input/output sizes and error events. Google handles these under its own policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms. PDF libraries process files locally. System/app-store diagnostics may also be provided according to your platform settings.
5. Export, sharing and network services
Only the files you choose to export or share are passed to the selected destination or app. A cloud-backed file provider or receiving app may upload or process them under its own policy. Paper Lilt does not sell your document contents or add advertising tracking. Google or your chosen providers may process service data outside your country under their policies; this is distinct from the app’s local document processing.
6. Storage, retention and security
Saved documents and stamps remain in app storage until deleted or removed by the system. Temporary files are cleaned up on a best-effort basis; interruptions can leave caches. Passwords are not saved by the app. Local app storage is not promised to be encrypted; password protection applies to exports when selected. Protect your device and backups. OS backup/restore settings may copy app data. Uninstalling normally removes private app data but not exported, shared, backed-up or provider-held copies. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
View or delete local document and stamp entries in the app, revoke permissions, or remove app data through your operating system. Manage exported copies and backups separately. Since we do not hold your local files on a server, we cannot retrieve or remotely delete them. Email us to ask questions or exercise applicable access, correction, deletion or other rights concerning information we actually hold, such as correspondence you send us; we handle requests as required by law.
8. Children and sensitive documents
The app does not ask for age or create child accounts. Guardians should supervise minors where required. Avoid sharing identity documents, signatures or seals without authorization. If you believe a child’s information has been sent to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
9. Updates and contact
Changes to features or data practices will be reflected here with a new date; additional notice or consent will be requested when required. Contact AntCreation at antcreation118@gmail.com. SDK and platform retention practices are governed by their respective policies.
