Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Anonymous VPN's policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information you provide when accessing, viewing and/or otherwise using the Service.

We do not collect logs of your activity, including no logging of browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries. We also never store connection logs, meaning no logs of your IP address, your outgoing VPN IP address, connection timestamp, or session duration.

Our guiding principle towards data collection is to only collect the minimal data required to operate a world-class VPN service at scale. We designed our systems to not have sensitive data about our customers; even when compelled we cannot provide data that we do not possess.

Ways in which Anonymous VPN can collect data:

Creating a User Account: When a User creates or reconfigures a User Account, the User provides their e-mail address. We do not collect any payment related data, only our payment processor does.

VPN Service Data and Logs: We collect minimal usage statistics to maintain our quality of service, our VPN servers log the following information each time a User activates and uses the Service ("Session"):

(1) date and time on which the Session began, as well as ended;

(2) the amount of data transmitted during each Session;

(3) to which location the User connected;

(4) from which country the User has connected (we do not hold IP addresses).

We collect the data mentioned above solely for the purposes set forth in the Information Distribution and Disclosure section.

ANONYMOUS VPN GUARANTEES IT WILL NEVER LOG YOUR BROWSING ACTIVITY, DATA, OR IP ADDRESSES.

This includes:

  • Any of the websites you visited in the past or plan on visiting in the future.
  • Any data you may have downloaded, shared, or viewed.
  • Any of your IP address or DNS queries.

Information Distribution and Disclosure

The information we collect through our Site and Services is primarily used to create new accounts, collect payment for our Services, identify and communicate with current subscribers, or offer troubleshooting or customer support.

We may also use personal information for the following reasons:

  • To complete your online order;
  • To administer and improve our Site and Services;
  • To respond to your requests or inquires and for other customer service purposes;
  • To analyze usage and trends on our Site and to better understand how users use the Site and Services.

Service Providers

We may share information with third party service providers who provide services on our behalf, such as processing payments. Our service providers receive only the information they need to perform their designated functions, and are not permitted to use or disclose this information for their own marketing or other purposes.

What information is stored after you stop using the service?

Since the existence of a VPN account is limited by the subscription term (for lack of payment or other reasons), all data associated with a particular VPN account, including the account itself, is removed from all systems.

We do not delete the client's account, which consists of the email address and password required for registration. However, if you wish, you can ask to delete the account by sending a request to the support department at play.avpn@gmail.com.

Protection of your Personal Information

We take administrative and technical measures to safeguard your personal Information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Any improper collection or misuse of Information provided via our Site or Service is a violation of this Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, without prior notice to you, consistent with applicable privacy laws and principles. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
