TERMS + AGREEMENT

Isha Ethera — Motherline Restoration Work

By purchasing, applying for, or participating in any offering from Isha Ethera (“Facilitator”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms + Agreement.

This page exists to protect the integrity of the work, the field, and both parties.

1) Scope of Work

This work is offered as a ceremonial, energetic, lineage-based, and somatic restoration process. It may include (but is not limited to):

• tone recognition + vocal/energetic transmissions

• nervous-system-aware facilitation

• relational / archetypal pattern mapping

• overlay / extraction grid identification

• ceremonial re-seating, silence, decree, and reclamation tones

• private Telegram transmissions and/or live ceremonial interfaces

This is not a “coaching container.” It is an initiatory field.

2) Not Therapy / Not Medical Care

Client understands and agrees:

• This work is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

• This work is not psychotherapy, not mental health treatment, and not a substitute for licensed care.

• If Client is experiencing mental health crisis, suicidality, psychosis, or requires urgent medical/psychiatric support, Client agrees to seek licensed support and/or emergency services.

Client remains responsible for their wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional care when needed.

3) Client Responsibility + Assumption of Risk

Client understands that this work can be deeply catalytic.

Energetic and initiatory work may produce changes in:

• relationships

• identity structures

• emotional processing

• life direction

• spiritual beliefs

• nervous system regulation

• boundaries, sexuality, and power dynamics

Client agrees to take full responsibility for their choices, decisions, communications, and actions during and after participation.

Client releases Facilitator from responsibility for outcomes including (but not limited to): relationship changes, emotional upheaval, financial decisions, relocations, or life restructuring.

4) No Guarantees

Client understands this work does not promise specific outcomes.
Results are variable and depend on many factors including readiness, nervous system capacity, participation, and personal circumstances.

No guarantees are expressed or implied.

5) Application + Readiness

Some offerings are application-only.

Facilitator reserves the right to decline an application or entry if it is not aligned or if it may compromise the safety/integrity of the field.

Declining entry is not a judgement of worth — it is a sovereignty and containment decision.

6) Payment Terms / Sacred Exchange

Client agrees to the stated exchange amount for the chosen offering.

If payment plans are offered, Client agrees to complete all payments on time as scheduled.

Failure to complete payments may result in termination of access, container discontinuation, or collection of remaining balance.

7) NO REFUNDS (ABSOLUTE)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
There are NO REFUNDS, NO CHARGEBACKS, and NO REVERSALS under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Client changing their mind

• scheduling conflicts

• emotional discomfort

• relationship changes

• intensity of the work

• perceived lack of results

• non-participation

• termination for breach of terms

By purchasing or entering the container, Client agrees to this no refund policy.

8) Confidentiality + Field Protection

This work involves private transmissions and protected material.

Client agrees:

• not to share private content, screenshots, recordings, or voice notes outside the container

• not to disclose sensitive details of other participants

• to respect the sanctity of ceremonial work

Violation may result in removal without refund.

9) No Recording / No Redistribution

Client agrees:

• no recording of sessions/ceremony/transmissions

• no reposting, sharing, copying, publishing, teaching, or redistributing any portion of the work

• no AI training, replication, or derivative use of Facilitator’s language/frameworks/transmissions

10) Intellectual Property (IP)

All content, frameworks, transmissions, written material, language, structure, naming, and ceremonial methods remain the exclusive intellectual property of Isha Ethera.

Client receives limited personal-use access only.

Any unauthorized use — including teaching, repackaging, sharing, copying, or claiming as one’s own — may result in legal action.

11) Termination / Removal

Facilitator reserves the right to terminate Client participation and remove access without refund if Client:

• violates boundaries or confidentiality

• engages in harassment, manipulation, dishonesty, or disrespect

• attempts to extract, replicate, steal, record, or redistribute work

• is unstable in a way that compromises field safety

• engages in behavior that undermines the integrity of the container

12) Communication Channel

Primary communication may occur through Telegram (or another specified channel). Client agrees to communicate respectfully and understands response times may vary.

Client understands Facilitator is not on-call 24/7 and this is not crisis support.

13) Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state/jurisdiction in which Facilitator resides.

14) Agreement

By purchasing, applying for, or participating in this work, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
