Ph.D. in mathematics. Currently PostDoc researcher at Università di Bologna
I obtained my Ph.D. in Mathematics from Università di Trento. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at Università di Bologna.
I focused on different approaches to the development and analysis of numerical models, using both theoretical and computational tools. My major expertise covers several areas in numerical analysis, including partial differential equations, finite element methods, reduced order methods, and regularization and closure models, and in modeling and analysis in epidemiology and biology.
I also worked on developing a Python-based open-source software specifically created for reduced basis problems called RBniCSx. I am an advanced user of Python, C/C++ and LaTeX and a competent user of R, Matlab, STATA and Java.
I was born in Rome in 1995. I obtained both my B.Sc. in Mathematics from Sapienza Università di Roma and my M.Sc. in Mathematics from Univeristà di Trento. I obtained my Ph.D cum Laude in Mathematics from Università di Trento; I spent a visiting Ph.D. period at Virginia tech.
