I am a 3rd year PhD Student in Mathematics at NC State. I am primarily interested in combinatorics, algebra, algebraic geometry, and the interactions between these fields. In particular, I study polymatroids and Hilbert polynomials of multiplicity-free varieties. 

Before coming to NC State, I was a postbac at Smith College, and I earned a B.A. in political science at Grinnell College. Outside of math, I like to read, hike, and knit!
