I hold the Junior Professor Chair "Behaviors, Perceptions and Societal Transformations" at the Centre de Recherche en Économie & Management (CREM) of the Université de Rennes. I am affiliated with the University of Passau, where I optained my doctoral degree with my thesis "Empirical essays on the role of social norms and individual attitudes in a developing country context: Determinants, consequences and measurement".
As an applied microeconomist, I use experimental and quasi-experimental methods to address research questions related to sustainable and economic development. My research covers topics on gender, environmental conservation, climate change, health and informal insurance, and is mainly set in a developing country context using primary data. I am also interested in impact evaluations of infrastructure projects and survey experiments to explore the role and measurement of individual preferences and social norms.
