Hi, I'm Ankush 

I am working as Machine Learning Engineer at PayGlocal, a fintech based startup. Where, I am working in the Risk and Payment transactions.

I have published research papers in A* AI/ML venues including NeurIPS 2024 & 2025, ACM IMWUT 2025. I have also been workshop chair at NAACL 2025 and reviewers in many AI/NLP conferences. 

 I completed my Bachelors of Technology from the Computer Science Department, IIIT Delhi.  My research work is on Human-Centric AI solutions for integrating AI into our daily life particularly with in Mental Health applications. 

Outside of academics & research, I love writing poetry, reading, and debating. I am also an active member of Queer in AI, where I connect with the fellow LGBTQ+ community in the AI/ML field and push efforts toward diversity and inclusion in research and technology. I go with the pronouns he/they.
