I am a Behavioral and Experimental Economist focusing on understanding the factors driving inequality between groups based on different natural identities. I use various methods, including lab experiments, field experiments, lab-in-the-field experiments, and theoretical modeling. 

Currently, I work as a Senior Researcher at the Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI) in Bergen, and a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Economics at the University of Konstanz, and the Thurgau Institute of Economics (TWI). I am affiliated with the "Cluster of Excellence "Politics of Inequality" at the University of Konstanz, and the Inclusion Economics India Centre (formerly Evidence for Policy Design India). 

Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics at Radboud University. I completed my Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Bologna in October 2019.
