At PDEU, we focus on developing flexible electronic devices, particularly memristors, and neuromorphic devices for diverse applications, along with energy generation devices to meet the rising demands of modern technologies. Our group focuses on the design, development, and demonstration of memristor-based devices and arrays with an emphasis on Halide perovskite memristors, Flexible and reconfigurable crossbar arrays. This integrated approach enables us to create efficient, adaptable, and next-generation electronic systems for use in smart technologies and sustainable energy solutions.
