The layout has been designed by keeping the requirement for the flexible circulation between the main office and the tenant office suites with the existing common amenities in the back of the building. The layout has been carefully arranged around the central large conference room respecting everyone's privacy within the large office setup. The hierarchy of the spaces can be seen starting from the entrance lounge area opening to the more translucent conference/office cabins creating the larger sense of space.
With the variety of furniture type around the layout helps to create a creative and productive environment. Solid Gypsum walls and translucent/transparent glass partition creates an interactive and visual connection within the office. The newly added windows add immense natural light into the office. This design utilizes the natural lights as a tool in the arrangement of individual offices around the periphery and larger gathering spaces like the conference in the center.
The layout shows two different options -
First with the informal lounge and open office culture with the tenant space sharing the work culture.
The second option gives you an opportunity in future to add more staff space instead of informal seating and/or also separate the office between the tenants with access to the shared big conference and common amenities in the back.
The suspended lighting helps to create a dynamic and brighter environment across the office. Overall the lighting compliments the selected finishes to create a holistic work environment.
The existing HVAC system has been utilized with new linear diffusers on the optional gypsum ceiling. The office room has been arranged to utilize the existing 2x4 ceiling and HVAC; or as an optional gypsum ceiling layout to compliment the rest of the design with slick linear diffusers and cool light fixtures. The lighting fixtures still can be used over the old ceiling.
