Launch the application and create a new wordlist file of Google Sheets in Google Drive.
You need a Google Account to log in to Google Drive.
(Only for Android 6.0 or higher devices)
When you run the application for the first time, you will be prompted to access the contact, so click "Permit".
*It is only for selecting and displaying a Google Account when connecting to Google Drive. This application does not collect personal information.
Click “Connect to Google Drive” from Menu to open the “Connect to Google Drive” screen.
Log in to Google Drive. Only for the first time, select a Google account to connect to Google Drive, and then click [Allow] as it will confirm the access privileges to Google Drive and Google Sheets.
* If you want to switch accounts, select "Change Google Account" from the menu.
Click “Create a new wordlist” and enter the file name, then click “OK”.
A new wordlist of Google Sheets file is created in Google Drive.
To update the wordlist of Google Sheets, register a word in the "Word" column and a translation in the "Translate" column.
The "Checked" column will be updated to "Checked" when the word is checked and uploaded from the app.
If you would like to import an existing Excel word list into this application, please follow these steps.
Import the Excel file into Google Sheets by following the instructions on the following site.
2.4 Import Excel data into Sheets
Set "Word" to column A and "Translation" to column B.
Import the formed Wordbook Google Sheet into the application.
Import the updated Google Spreadsheets from your PC into this application.
Click "Import Words from Google Sheets" and select your updated wordlist file just before.
Select the sheet name in which you registered the words. (The following is an example of selecting a Google Sheet file with three sheets: "wordbook", "metrics", and "Copy of wordbook")
After a while, the wordlist data will be downloaded.
Return to the main screen and click “List View” from the menu, You can check all word data downloaded with List view mode screen.
After updating an existing Wordbook file on Google Sheets, you can also download only the difference data to your application.
Click "Import words from Google Drive," select the updated Google Sheet file, and check the "Update" radio button when the Import Method dialog appears.
"Update":
It compares the Wordbook data on Google Sheets with the Wordbook data stored in the application, and only if there is a difference, it overwrites the application data with the Wordbook data on Google Sheets.
"Replace":
Update all the data in the application with the Wordbook data on Google Sheets.
Then select the Wordbook file and the sheet to be imported. After a few moments, the Wordbook data will be downloaded.
One-click to display the translated word → transition to the next word. You can also move to the previous or next word by flicking the word field.
You can register the word status as checked.
You can extract and display only the words that have not been checked.
Click "Add" from the menu to manually register words on your smartphone.
Click Change from the menu to change the translation of the displayed word.
※ Only the translation can be changed. If you want to change the word item, please delete → re-register.
Click "Delete" from the menu to delete the displayed word.
You can update your Google Sheets word list in Google Drive with words you have added, changed, or deleted on your smartphone.
On the "Connect to Google Drive" screen, click "Upload to Google Sheets" and select the Google Sheets file of the wordlist you want to update.
It is possible to switch and display multiple word lists within the app. (Paid version only)

Click the wordlist switch button at the top of the app, and click the "Add" button on the wordlist management screen.
After entering the name of the new wordlist and pressing OK, the app display will switch to the new wordlist.
Then, like the first wordlist, import the wordlist created in Google Sheets.
First, create a new wordlist in Google Sheets. Below is an example of creating a new wordlist by copying an existing sheet.
*Example of creating a new wordlist on a "Copy of wordbook" sheet that is a sheet copy of "wordbook"
Then, import the created wordlist in Google Sheets.
Select "Connect to Google Drive" from the menu, and click "Import Words from Google Sheet" on the Connect to Google Drive screen.
Select the Google Sheet file you created in Google Drive and select the name of the new word list sheet you want to import.
The above is a sample of selecting "lyrics" from three sheets in a Wordbook file created with Google Sheets.
The wordlist data created on the Google sheets will be imported into the app.
Click "Change subject" from the menu, select the list name from the wordlist management screen, and then click the "Subject change" button.
The display will switch to the selected wordlist.
