I am pursuing my Ph.D. degree at the Electrical and Computer Engineering department, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My research focuses on Thermal modelling of semiconductor devices and understanding the role of LO phonons in the DC and RF performance of GaN HEMTs. I am currently working as a Research Assistant at the Holonyak Micro & Nanotechnology Laboratory.
I obtained my Master of Science (MS) degree in ECE from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Previously, I completed my Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I worked as a Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), BRAC University.
I have been involved with different research projects in the past few years, including DFT-based materials property exploration, Machine learning models for materials property prediction, and biomedical image processing.
In my synergistic and leadership activities, I have always been an active member of various clubs and organizations, including IEEE, IEEE Student Branch, the open-knowledge project Wikipedia, etc.
