PRIVACY POLICY – ANIME STICKERS FOR WHATSAPP

This Privacy Policy explains how the Android application "Anime Stickers for WhatsApp" (package name: com.animestickerforwhatsapp.anime_sticker), published on Google Play by wallyapps ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes your information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information from Google Sign-In (Google user data)
If you choose to sign in with your Google account, we receive the following information from Google, with your permission:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your profile picture
- A unique Google account identifier
We do not access your contacts, Gmail, Google Drive, calendar or any other Google account data.
1.2 Content you create or upload
- Sticker packs you create or share (images, pack names, author name)
- Stickers you mark as favorites
1.3 Usage and device data (collected automatically)
- Device model, operating system version, app version
- Advertising ID and other device identifiers
- App interactions (screens viewed, features used, sticker packs downloaded)
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- IP address
1.4 Location data
We may collect approximate location (derived from your IP address) through our advertising and analytics partners, to show relevant ads and measure app usage. We do not collect precise GPS location.
1.5 Purchases
If you buy the ad-free subscription, payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your card or billing details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Let you create, share and download sticker packs, and show your name and profile picture as the author of packs you share publicly
- Add sticker packs to WhatsApp on your device
- Provide the ad-free subscription and premium packs
- Show advertisements (for users without a subscription)
- Send notifications about new sticker packs (you can turn these off in your device settings)
- Analyze app usage, fix crashes and improve the app
- Moderate user-generated content and prevent abuse
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
3. HOW WE USE GOOGLE USER DATA
Information received from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile picture, account ID) is used only to:
- Create and identify your account in the app
- Display your name and profile picture on sticker packs you choose to share
- Contact you about your account if needed
We do NOT:
- Sell Google user data
- Use Google user data for advertising or ad targeting
- Share Google user data with third parties, except our hosting and database providers that store it on our behalf (see Section 5), or when required by law
- Allow humans to read your data, except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with the law, or for app operations such as content moderation
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

4. WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED
Your account information and the sticker packs you share are stored on:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore/Storage), operated by Google LLC
- [YOUR BACKEND SERVICE NAME – e.g. "our own server hosted by PROVIDER NAME"], which stores [DESCRIBE DATA – e.g. sticker packs and account profiles]
These servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States or the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected wherever it is stored. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

Advertising partners may use your advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings: Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
We do not sell your personal information.
6. DATA RETENTION
- Account data and shared sticker packs: kept as long as your account exists. Deleted within 30 days after you request deletion.
- Analytics and crash data: kept according to the retention periods of Firebase and Google Analytics (generally up to 14 months).
- Sticker packs stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app. Uninstalling may also remove stickers you added to WhatsApp.
7. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (including Google user data) at any time:
- From the app: [Settings > Delete account – remove this line if the option does not exist], or
- By email to flipoxmkwd@outlook.fr with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your account.
We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR AND OTHER LAWS)
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Our legal bases for processing are: performance of our service to you (account, sticker sharing), your consent (Google Sign-In, personalized ads, notifications), our legitimate interests (security, crash analysis, app improvement) and legal obligations.

9. DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled databases. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The app is not intended for children under 16 and is rated 16+ on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
