This Privacy Policy explains how ZemoLabs ("we", "us") handles information when you use AnimalBlast (the "Game").
On-device game data: game progress, settings, and similar gameplay preferences may be stored locally on your device.
Account and online-feature data: if you choose to use an account, cloud save, or other online feature, the Game may process account identifiers, profile information, and game progress needed to provide that feature.
Purchase information: Apple processes payments for in-app purchases. The Game may use purchase identifiers and entitlement status, including through its purchase-service provider, to deliver and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
Support communications: if you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your email address, device details, and issue description.
We use information to operate the Game, save or restore progress where available, process and restore purchases, provide support, protect the Game from misuse, and meet legal obligations.
We may use service providers that process information only to provide their services to us, including Apple for distribution and purchases, RevenueCat for purchase-entitlement functionality, and Supabase for enabled account or cloud features. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the Game, or our rights.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, subject to legal requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.
The Game is not intended to collect personal information from children without the consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other information about personal data we hold. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email midnighthunters001@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.
We may update this policy when the Game or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
