Animal Code: Face Match(이하 “앱”)은 이용자의 개인정보 보호를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 앱이 카메라와 사진을 어떻게 이용하고, 관련 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 앱이 접근하는 정보

앱은 이용자가 직접 선택하거나 허용한 경우에 한하여 다음 정보에 접근할 수 있습니다.

- 카메라 영상 및 촬영한 사진

- 이용자가 기기에서 직접 선택한 이미지

- 선택한 이미지에서 기기 내부 분석을 통해 계산되는 얼굴 특징점 및 얼굴 비율 정보

- 이용자가 직접 입력한 MBTI 정보

- 앱의 언어, 화면 및 기능 설정과 같은 이용 환경 설정

앱은 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 정확한 위치정보, 결제정보 또는 광고 식별자를 요구하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 정보의 이용 목적

앱은 위 정보에 접근하여 다음 기능을 제공합니다.

- 얼굴 위치와 얼굴 특징점 인식

- 얼굴 비율을 기반으로 한 동물 캐릭터 매칭

- 매칭 결과, 성격형 설명, 케미 및 MBTI 조합 표시

- 이용자가 선택한 결과 이미지 생성 및 외부 앱 공유

- 앱 환경 설정 유지

앱의 분석 결과는 오락과 흥미를 위한 것이며, 신원 확인, 의료 진단, 심리 진단 또는 전문적인 판단을 목적으로 하지 않습니다.

3. 기기 내 처리 및 외부 전송

카메라 영상, 선택한 사진, 얼굴 특징점 및 얼굴 비율 분석은 이용자의 기기 내부에서 처리됩니다. 앱 개발자는 원본 얼굴 사진, 카메라 영상 또는 분석된 얼굴 정보를 개발자 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

현재 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 광고 또는 이용자 추적용 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

Google Play의 정의에 따라 이용자의 기기에서만 처리되고 기기 외부로 전송되지 않는 정보는 개발자가 수집하는 데이터에 해당하지 않습니다.

4. 결과 공유

이용자가 공유 기능을 직접 실행하면 Android의 시스템 공유 기능을 통해 결과 이미지를 이용자가 선택한 외부 앱으로 전달할 수 있습니다. 공유 여부와 공유 대상은 이용자가 직접 결정합니다.

공유 이후의 정보 처리는 선택한 외부 앱 또는 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 앱 개발자는 이용자가 외부 앱으로 공유한 정보의 처리에 관여하지 않습니다.

5. 저장 및 보유

앱 설정과 일부 이용 기록 또는 분석용 수치가 앱의 로컬 저장공간에 저장될 수 있습니다. 이러한 정보는 개발자 서버로 자동 전송되지 않습니다.

앱은 원본 카메라 영상이나 선택한 원본 사진을 개발자 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 이용자가 결과 이미지를 기기에 저장한 경우 해당 파일은 이용자의 기기에 보관되며 이용자가 직접 관리할 수 있습니다.

6. 정보 삭제 방법

이용자는 다음 방법으로 앱에 저장된 로컬 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

- 앱에서 제공되는 기록 또는 초기화 기능 사용

- Android 설정에서 Animal Code: Face Match의 저장공간 또는 앱 데이터 삭제

- 앱 삭제

- 이용자가 직접 저장한 결과 이미지를 기기의 사진 또는 파일 앱에서 삭제

앱은 계정을 생성하지 않으며 개발자 서버에 개인정보를 저장하지 않으므로 별도의 계정 삭제 절차는 없습니다.

7. 권한

앱은 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서 다음 권한 또는 시스템 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

- 카메라: 이용자가 얼굴 사진을 촬영하고 분석할 때 사용

- 사진 또는 파일 선택기: 이용자가 분석할 이미지를 직접 선택할 때 사용

- 시스템 공유 기능: 이용자가 결과 이미지를 선택한 외부 앱으로 공유할 때 사용

카메라 권한을 허용하지 않아도, 지원되는 기기에서는 사진 또는 파일 선택 기능으로 앱의 일부 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱은 이용자가 선택하지 않은 사진 전체를 임의로 열람하지 않습니다.

8. 제3자 제공 및 판매

앱 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 이용자가 시스템 공유 기능을 사용하여 외부 앱으로 직접 전달하는 경우는 이용자가 시작한 전송입니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 보안

향후 얼굴 사진이나 얼굴 비율 데이터가 서버로 전송되는 기능, 광고, 이용 분석 또는 계정 기능이 추가되는 경우 실제 제공 전에 본 방침과 Google Play의 데이터 보안 신고를 함께 수정합니다.

Animal Code: Face Match (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses and processes camera images, selected photos, and related information.

1. Information the App Accesses

The App may access the following information only when you choose to provide it or grant permission:

- Camera images and photos you take

- Images you select from your device

- Facial landmarks and facial proportion values calculated through on-device analysis of a selected image

- MBTI information you enter voluntarily

- Preferences such as language, display, and feature settings

The App does not request or collect your name, email address, telephone number, contacts, precise location, payment information, or advertising identifier.

2. How Information Is Used

The App uses this information to:

- Detect a face and facial landmarks

- Match facial proportions with an animal character

- Display matching results, entertainment-oriented traits, chemistry, and MBTI combinations

- Create and share a result image when you choose to do so

- Maintain your App preferences

Results are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not intended for identity verification, medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, or professional assessment.

3. On-Device Processing and Data Transmission

Camera images, selected photos, facial landmarks, and facial proportion analysis are processed locally on your device. The developer does not transmit or store original facial photos, camera images, or analyzed facial information on a developer-operated server.

The current version of the App does not require an account or login and does not use advertising or user-tracking analytics SDKs.

Under Google Play’s definitions, information processed only on the user’s device and not transmitted off the device is not considered data collected by the developer.

4. Sharing Results

When you initiate the sharing feature, a result image may be transferred through Android’s system share sheet to an external app selected by you. You decide whether to share and which service receives the image.

After sharing, the selected external app or service processes the information under its own privacy policy. The App developer does not control information after you share it with an external service.

5. Storage and Retention

App preferences and certain usage records or numerical analysis values may be stored locally in the App’s storage. They are not automatically transmitted to the developer.

The App does not retain original camera images or selected photos on a developer-operated server. If you save a result image, it remains on your device and is managed by you.

6. Deleting Information

You can delete locally stored information by:

- Using an available history deletion or reset feature within the App

- Clearing Animal Code: Face Match storage or App data in Android Settings

- Uninstalling the App

- Deleting saved result images through your device’s Photos or Files app

The App does not create user accounts or store personal data on a developer-operated server, so there is no separate account-deletion process.

7. Permissions

The App may use the following permissions or system features only as needed:

- Camera: to take and analyze a facial photo

- Photo or file picker: to let you select an image for analysis

- System share sheet: to share a result image with an external app you select

If you decline camera permission, some features may still be available through a supported photo or file picker. The App does not browse all photos on your device without your selection.

8. Third-Party Sharing and Sale

The developer does not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for advertising. A transfer that occurs when you deliberately use the system share sheet is initiated and controlled by you.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Security

The App prioritizes on-device processing to minimize external data transmission. However, no method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Users should maintain appropriate device security, including a screen lock and current operating-system updates.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App, applicable laws, or platform policies change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date or through an appropriate notice in the App or store listing.

If future versions transmit facial photos or facial proportion data to a server or add advertising, analytics, or accounts, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before those features are offered.
