EVERY buyer must fill out a sales agreement prior to purchasing goats.

Buyers can receive the sales agreement via email, through the mail, or by picking one up in person. We only need the last page completed and returned to us. This can be done via email, mail, or dropped off in person. .
Angry Acres Farm Goat Sales Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT is made on _________________, by and between ____________________________________ residing at _____________________________________________________________, here after referred to as Buyer, and Angry Acres Farm, mailing address of 2576 Carle Lane, Utica Ohio,43080 , here after referred to as Seller.
Buyer Agrees to purchase the Animals Below:

1. Payment Terms:
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A NON REFUNDABLAE deposit of $50 per goat is required, to be paid via Cash, Venmo, or PayPal (with an additional 6% PayPal fee). This deposit is due upon signing this contract.Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance of $________ is due by [Date of Sale]. The payment can be made through Cash, Venmo, or PayPal (with the 6% PayPal fee). Full payment is required for the transfer of ownership.No Checks Accepted:
We do not accept checks under any circumstances.Deposit & Contract Timing:
The deposit and signed contract are required at Notice of Availability/agreement to purchase/
2. Possession & Transfer of Ownership:
Date of Sale:
The Buyer agrees to take possession of the goat(s) on the agreed Date of Sale and time, upon full payment. The Seller will provide ADGA Registration Papers and a Transfer of Ownership Form to the Buyer.Seller has up to 30 days past date of sale to register kids. Majority of kids are registered online but some have to be sent through the mail. For kids who have to be DNA tested registration may take longer than 30 days.
Transfer Process:
The Buyer agrees to complete the full transfer of ownership with ADGA within 30 days of the sale.
3. Pick-Up Terms:
Bottle Kids:
Must be picked up by 14 days old. After this period, a $10/day boarding fee will be charged. If the goat is not picked up within 7 days after the scheduled pick-up, it may be offered to another buyer, and the original deposit will be forfeited.Dam-Raised Kids:
Will be ready for pick-up between 8-10 weeks old. The Seller will give the Buyer at least 14 days’ notice that the kids are ready to leave.Late Pick-Up Fee:
If the Buyer is more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled pick-up, a fee of $25 per 5-minute delay will apply, starting after the first 15 minutes.
4. Transportation & Fees:
Location for Pick-Up:
The Seller can only meet in Utica, Martinsburg, or Bladensburg, OH. If a further location is required, a $50 travel fee will apply for up to 20 miles from Utica. For distances beyond 20 miles, the Buyer will be charged a round-trip fee, calculated by the Seller. TRAVEL FEES ARE DUE AT SIGNING ALONG WITH DEPOSIT!.Buyer’s Responsibility:
The Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs, including the payment of any transporter directly. The Seller will not cover or handle payments for transportation.
5. Reservation Terms:
Free Waitlist Reservation:
A free waitlist reservation is available. Once contacted about available goats, the Buyer has 24 hours to decide whether to accept or decline the offer. If accepted, a $50/PER GOAT non-refundable deposit is due along with the signed contract.Non-Reserved Goat Sales:
For non-reserved goats, a $50/per goat non refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of the Agreement to Purchase, and the contract must be signed and returned to secure the animal.Deposit Non-Transferable:
Deposits are non-transferable from one goat to another, unless the original animal is injured, sick, or deceased prior to sale.NON refundable
deposits can only be refunded if the seller backs out of sale for any reason. deposit will not be refunded if buyer backs out.
6. Health & Registration:
Health Guarantee:
The Seller guarantees the goat(s) are in healthy condition at the time of sale. After the goat leaves the farm, the Seller is not responsible for its health, and no further health guarantees are provided. The Buyer is encouraged to gradually transition the animal to reduce stress.Veterinary Examination:
The Buyer has the option to request a veterinary examination at their own expense before finalizing the purchase. all Veterinary fees ( office visit, exam and other thats requested) the buyer must pay Along with the deposit + travel feesRegistration Papers & Tags:
Registered Goats: Will be tattooed, disbudded, and provided with ADGA registration papers/ADGA application to register or stamped duplicate.
Wethers & Pet Goats: No registration papers will be provided. and animals will be tagged.
No Papers for Non-Breeding Animals:
Goats sold as pets or non-breeding animals will not receive registration papers.
7. Refund Policy:
Non-Refundable Deposit:
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the Buyer decides to back out of the sale.Late Pick-Up Consequences:
Reserved goats not picked up on the agreed-upon date will incur a $10/day boarding fee. If the animal is not picked up within 14 days of originally scheduled pickup time/day, the reservation will be forfeited, including all deposits.
8. Biosecurity & Visits:
Farm Visits:
Due to strict biosecurity protocols, the Seller does not allow visitors to the farm. The Seller is happy to provide pictures and videos of the goats as requested. If the Buyer feels it is necessary to see the goats in person before purchasing, please understand that visits may not be possible due to time constraints & strict biosecurity protocols
9. Additional Terms:
Seller’s Right to Refuse Sale:
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to sell a goat at any time if they believe the Buyer is not capable of properly caring for the animal. Additionally, the Seller may add or remove conditions from this contract at any time, even after it has been signed.Loss, Illness, or Injury Prior to Pick-Up:
If the goat(s) is lost, injured, or becomes ill before the scheduled pick-up, the Seller will refund a portion or the entirety of the deposit at their discretion.
10. Miscellaneous:
Transportation Safety:
The Buyer must transport the animal safely in an appropriately sized crate or enclosed trailer. Tying up the animal during transport is not allowed.Health Certificates for Out-of-State Purchases:
Animals leaving the state will require a health certificate, which will be arranged by the Seller at the Buyer’s expense.
Testing:
If the Buyer requests testing, including CAE testing or other health certifications, the Buyer is responsible for all related costs due at signing and with the deposit
