RENTAL TERMS

DELIVERY: Delivery would be to the address specified by the customer. Customer grants ANGELS PARTY RENTALS the right to enter the property for installations and take down of our jumper/bounce house, tents, tables, chairs, etc. The customer will be subjected to additional charges of $45 for a service call due to any electrical failure caused by customer negligence.

GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE JUMPER ARE: Always maintain the same age group (no further apart than 3 years). The maximum number of participants of each age group that should play/jump inside a unit at one time is:

1-4 years:(10) 5-8 years:(8) 9-14 years:(6) NO ADULTS

All persons MUST remove shoes, eye glasses, and all sharp objects including pens, pencils and hair clips. ABSOLUTELY no toys, food, candy or drinks allowed in this jumper/bouncer house. No flipping, no tackling, no hanging on the net or walls and no kicking or pushing. Remember to always separate the big kids front the small kids. This is very important in order to avoid any accidents.

TERMS OF RENTAL: The CUSTOMER shall be fully responsible for operation after receiving the jump/bouncer house unit. ANGELS PARTY RENTALS is not responsible for any injuries occurring while rental of jumper/bouncer house unit is in progress. The customer further agrees to hold ANGELS PARTY RENTALS free and harmless against any claims; and further shall be identified for any and all cost incurred due to claims from anyone; including court costs and attorney fees; and other related costs involving the jumper/bounce house rental. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the replacement value of a new jumper/bouncer house unit in the event of that, vandalism, fire or any act which may damage or destroy the rental property. Failure to observe the terms of this agreement, to make payment, or failure to have the equipment ready for pick up as agreed to, shall make the customer liable for any additional one day rental fee per day until all equipment is returned, plus any court and/or attorney fees incurred in order to obtain return of this rental product. If postponing/canceling, please call our office 48 hours in advance not the day of the event or you will be charged for the full amount due. A non-refundable Reservation fee will be needed to reserve and will not be returned upon cancelation. If any items were left behind, they can be returned to the Driver upon pick up or you can report the item to our office, if not, it will be your obligation to return the items within 48 hours. If the item was not returned and/or damaged/lost, the items will be charged using the same information used to reserve, you will be notified beforehand.

ENTREGA: La entrega se realizaría en la dirección especificada por el cliente. El cliente otorga a ANGELS PARTY RENTALS el derecho de ingresar a la propiedad para realizar instalaciones y desmontar nuestra casa de brincolines, carpas, mesas, sillas, etc. El cliente estará sujeto a cargos adicionales de $45 por una llamada de servicio debido a cualquier falla eléctrica. causado por negligencia del cliente.

LAS REGLAS GENERALES A SEGUIR DURANTE EL USO DE BRINCOLINES SON: Mantener siempre el mismo grupo de edad (no más de 3 años de diferencia). El número máximo de participantes de cada grupo de edad que deben jugar/saltar dentro de una unidad a la vez es:

1-4 años:(10) 5-8 años:(8) 9-14 años:(6) NO ADULTOS

Todas las personas DEBEN quitarse los zapatos, los anteojos y todos los objetos punzantes, incluidos bolígrafos, lápices y pinzas para el cabello. ABSOLUTAMENTE no se permiten juguetes, comida, dulces o bebidas en esta unidad/puente. No se permite voltear, no placar, no colgarse de la red o de las paredes, ni patear ni empujar. Recuerde siempre separar a los niños grandes de los pequeños. Esto es muy importante para evitar accidentes.

TÉRMINOS DE ALQUILER: El CLIENTE será totalmente responsable del funcionamiento después de recibir la unidad de salto/casa saltarina. ANGELS PARTY RENTALS no es responsable de ninguna lesión que ocurra mientras se alquila la unidad de saltador/casa saltarina. El cliente además acepta mantener a ANGELS PARTY RENTALS libre e inofensivo frente a cualquier reclamación; y además se identificará por todos y cada uno de los costos incurridos debido a reclamos de cualquier persona; incluyendo costos judiciales y honorarios de abogados; y otros costos relacionados que involucran el alquiler de la casa de salto/inflación. El CLIENTE es responsable del valor de reemplazo de una nueva unidad de saltador/casa saltarina en caso de vandalismo, incendio o cualquier acto que pueda dañar o destruir la propiedad en alquiler. El incumplimiento de los términos de este acuerdo, el pago o la falta de tener el equipo listo para su recogida según lo acordado, hará al cliente responsable de cualquier tarifa adicional de alquiler de un día por día hasta que se devuelva todo el equipo, más cualquier cargo judicial. y/o honorarios de abogados incurridos para obtener la devolución de este producto de alquiler. Si pospone/cancela, llame a nuestra oficina con 48 horas de anticipación, no el día del evento, o se le cobrará el monto total adeudado. Se necesitará una tarifa de reserva no reembolsable para reservar y no se devolverá en caso de cancelación. Si se olvida algún artículo, puede devolverlo al conductor al momento de recogerlo o puede informar el artículo a nuestra oficina; de lo contrario, será su obligación devolverlo dentro de las 48 horas. Si el artículo no fue devuelto y/o dañado/perdido, los artículos se cobrarán utilizando la misma información utilizada para reservar, se le notificará de antemano.
