Hello, Everytime I use my front/selfie camera, half the screen turns white and only a circle in the middle is visible when it detects a face Is there any way to disable this? Bit annoying only the middle of my screen is visible.
I was using Find x2 pro, and i upgraded to find x5 to get more years of Android support, but the issue is about the stock camera, with all that hype over marisilicon x, it's just a cheap 100 euro smartphone camera ! I don't know what oppo does by limiting the non pro model by screwing the stock app with no update since release, i saw complaints about oneplus but the lonly complain about oppo was from DXO, now i confirm, check the difference with Gcam (8.8 AGC port), it's way better, stock camera is the one oversharpened, the fur is like generated using a cheap generative AI !

I've noticed the last while that when I try and take a video on the camera app it looks really laggy even before starting to record. Even when in picture mode the camera seems to lag a bit there. When using the likes of Snapchat or WhatsApp I can record and it's smooth.
Cons: expensive, ultrawide camera is inconsistent, lack of extended optical zoom for the camera is poor, only four years of software support guaranteed, ColorOS not polished enough, design marred by ugly logos, back is too smooth and slides around on not-quite-flat surfaces.
During MWC 2022, I've been getting hands-on with the camera on the Oppo Find X5 Pro. Snapping shots across Barcelona, I've been able to give it a full test run on everything from cityscapes and sunsets to cool architecture and boat trips. Where better to see what this phone camera can do?
Packing a 50MP wide camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 13MP telephoto lens with a 13MP front snapper it sure sounds impressive, but day-to-day, the results could actually rival some of the best phones in the world like the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra or even the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max.

I was really impressed by the Oppo Find X5 Pro camera because shots look professional in pretty much every type of lighting and setting. Each one has bold colours with sharp details, and it balanced light and dark areas of the shot well.
There are tonnes of settings and camera modes to try out, my favourite was the 50MP mode which I used for the majority of the photos I took. It takes things up a notch and makes photos look incredible.
There is finally a proper challenger in the ring with the OPPO Find N2 Flip going toe-to-toe with the Samsung Z Flip4 in almost every aspect, and besting it on many. The cover screen on the Find N2 Flip is one of the best yet utilized by a flipping foldable, with a lot of clever widgets and camera tricks making it a very useful addition instead of a gimmick. The phone packs good cameras, a very stylish design, and a robust hinge with one of the most minimal creases to date. OPPO are on to an absolute winner, we just wish they would make this a bit more available outside of Asia and Europe.
There are a lot of things to unpack here. First off, a 6x optical zoom would have most phones beat, other than the 10x optical zoom of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. This would also rank among the very few phones that has two zoom cameras, and it would be the first to sport two periscope cameras.
So this all sounds extremely promising, and might even make for a better setup than the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has. Leaks suggest this phone will have a 200MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide, a 50MP telephoto (offering 3x optical zoom), and a 10MP periscope (capable of 5x optical zoom).
