Andrew Davis
Mathematics Ph.D. Candidate
Indiana University-Indianapolis
I am a 5th year Ph.D. candidate in mathematics at IU-Indianapolis (formerly IUPUI), working under Dr. Daniel Ramras. My research interests are at the intersection of algebraic topology and differential geometry. I am currently interested in using methods from homotopy theory to study spaces of flat connections on principal bundles, as well as principal bundles constructed from continuous families of representations. See my Research tab for more details!
I am also very passionate about teaching! See my Teaching tab for a teaching dossier which includes my teaching philosophy and past courses I have taught.Â
I am currently on the job market for academic positions, including both tenure-track positions and postdoctoral positions, to start in Fall 2026.
