Roles:

• Build Team member: Fabricated robot parts using mills, CNC machines, metal lathes, and other shop equipment. Mentored the next generation of young engineers on our team.

• Build Project Manager: Managed robot fabrication process and timelines for the Paly Robotics Build Subteam through the implementation of a project breakdown system.

• Summer Camp Lead: Developed and managed the session curriculum, schedule, and safety for more than 60 kids for the robot design and hardware summer camp. Created a game challenge that my teammates and I dubbed “Devin’s Diner”. Educated campers on lab safety, robot design, and team strategy.

• Robot Driver: Drove our robots, Vidar and Forseti at various demos and competitions. We demonstrated our robots at local elementary and middle schools to inspire the next generation of STEM students.
