DECLARACIÓN DE NUESTRA POLÍTICA ERASMUS (ESTRATEGIA GLOBAL)
Enviamos cartas de presentación a nuestros futuros socios (I.E.S. y empresas) teniendo en cuenta el perfil profesional de los estudiantes de Formación Profesional de Grado Superior y seleccionando los lugares adecuados para que éstos y nuestro personal desarrollen sus habilidades profesionales. Este es nuestro principal objetivo y criterio a la hora de elegir a nuestros socios. Al finalizar cada estancia formativa de alumnos o de personal, hacemos una evaluación y decidimos si continuamos o no con los socios.
Dentro de la Unión Europea estamos particularmente interesados en asociaciones con países de habla inglesa, italiana, alemana o francesa (no importa si estas primeras o segundas lenguas del país de destino son elegidas por los estudiantes y/o el personal).
Nuestros objetivos son los siguientes:
– Formar un equipo internacional para la gestión y promoción del aprendizaje permanente con el fin de garantizar oportunidades de empleo para nuestros estudiantes y personal.
– Ampliar nuestra colaboración en un sitio web para informar e involucrar a estudiantes, docentes y personal administrativo en programas internacionales.
– Dar a nuestros estudiantes la oportunidad de abrir sus mentes mediante el aumento de sus conocimientos y experiencia en un entorno de trabajo real en un país diferente.
Las prioridades de nuestra institución son las siguientes:
– Diseñar y promover actividades para el progreso individual del estudiante.
– Evaluar las oportunidades de colaboración con otras escuelas europeas.
– Ofrecer información sobre la práctica de las lenguas con cursos, seminarios y conferencias sobre el uso del programa de movilidad.
La difusión se llevará a cabo en toda nuestra comunidad educativa, involucrando el personal directivo, docente y administrativo de la escuela, y las empresas relacionadas con nuestro I.E.S., las autoridades educativas regionales y los miembros del Ayuntamiento. La información se difundirá principalmente a través del sitio web de nuestro I.E.S., publicaciones y seminarios especializados y educativos para profesores.
También contamos con la colaboración del Departamento de Idiomas y del Departamento de Formación Profesional de Hostelería y Turismo. Además, tenemos la intención de mantener relaciones con profesores y otras instituciones, tanto nacionales como europeas, que aseguren las necesidades de nuestros estudiantes.
Todo lo anterior está incluido en nuestra política de inclusión, donde incorporamos medidas para garantizar la igualdad. En este sentido, nuestra institución promueve bases de igualdad y no discriminación basadas en el sexo, origen racial o étnico, edad o discapacidad. Entre los acuerdos asegurados para cumplir con la política de no discriminación, debemos destacar, el programa para la educación inclusiva de estudiantes con discapacidad mental que nuestra institución viene implementando desde hace años. Aparte de ésto, nuestra escuela participa activamente en otras iniciativas importantes destinadas a afrontar algunos de los desafíos y necesidades de la sociedad actual. A este respecto, se están llevando a cabo los siguientes proyectos y actividades:
– Escuela: un lugar para la paz.
– Educación no sexista.
– Deporte y Escuela.
– El bilingüismo.
– Uso de las nuevas tecnologías en el aula.
Nuestra institución también promueve una verdadera igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres para hacer accesible la formación y facilitar todo tipo de opciones de carrera así como su ejercicio.
ESTRATEGIA DE NUESTRA INSTITUCIÓN PARA LA ORGANIZACIÓN Y LA APLICACIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE COOPERACIÓN INTERNACIONAL (UE Y NO UE) EN LA ENSEÑANZA EN RELACIÓN CON LOS PROYECTOS IMPLEMENTADOS EN EL MARCO DEL PROGRAMA.
Con el fin de organizar e implementar estrategias para aprovechar al máximo los proyectos de cooperación internacional, como el programa Erasmus+, nuestra institución pretende formar una red de centros de formación profesional con características similares a las nuestras a través de un programa Comenius. Al hacerlo, esperamos obtener los contactos necesarios para facilitar y fomentar las iniciativas de movilidad. Teniendo en cuenta los antecedentes socioeconómicos del área en general y las características de nuestra institución en particular, consideramos que es de lo más importante para nuestros estudiantes continuar su formación trabajando en el extranjero, algo que es promovido por el programa Erasmus+. También promoveremos y facilitaremos iniciativas de movilidad para el personal de nuestra Institución.
EL IMPACTO ESPERADO DE NUESTRA PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL PROGRAMA SOBRE LA MODERNIZACIÓN DE NUESTRA INSTITUCIÓN EN TÉRMINOS DE LOS OBJETIVOS POLÍTICOS QUE INTENTAMOS LOGRAR.
La solicitud de la Carta Erasmus para la Educación Superior traerá muchas ventajas tanto para nuestros estudiantes como para nuestros profesores. Podrán conocer a otros estudiantes / profesores de diferentes instituciones internacionales (UE y no UE) e intercambiar experiencias con ellos. También tendrán la oportunidad de familiarizarse con el mercado de trabajo del país extranjero, así como sus costumbres y cultura, y por último pero no menos importante, mejorar sus habilidades lingüísticas.
Nuestra institución tiene la intención de aumentar el número de graduados de Educación Superior. El hecho de que los estudiantes puedan llevar a cabo programas de formación en el extranjero (ya que son estudiantes del sector profesional de las industrias turísticas y hoteleras), es un atractivo incentivo, para que los estudiantes se impliquen en sus estudios y se motiven para obtener mejores calificaciones. Un país diferente permite a los estudiantes obtener calificaciones que serían difíciles de adquirir sin la experiencia del programa Erasmus+, debido a las diferentes formas y estilos de trabajo en los distintos países.
Queremos brindar más oportunidades a los estudiantes para que obtengan habilidades adicionales a través de su formación en el extranjero, con el fin de fomentar la cooperación internacional con el objetivo de aumentar el desempeño de la Educación Superior. Por lo general, los estudiantes que optan por el programa Erasmus+ serán los más preparados y cualificados, tanto en conocimientos y capacidades profesionales como en lenguas extranjeras, por lo tanto, la financiación se mejorará con el fin de alcanzar la excelencia.
OUR ERASMUS POLICY STATEMENT (OVERALL STRATEGY)
We send covering letters to our future partners (schools and companies) taking into the account the professional profile of the students of our advanced professional training courses, and we select the right places for our students and staff to develop their professional skills. This is our main objective and criterion when we choose our partners. At the end of the training stays of our students and teachers we make an evaluation and we decide whether to continue or not with the partners.
Within the European Union, we are particularly interested in partnerships with English, Italian, German or French speaking countries ( it does not matter whether these first or second lenguages in the country of destination are chosen by students and/or staff.
Our objectives are as follows:
Form an international team for the management and promotion of lifelong learning in order to ensure employment opportunities for our students and staff.
Expand our collaboration on a website in order to inform and involve students, teacher and administrative staff in international programmes.
Give our students the oportunity to open their minds by increasing their knowledge and experience in a real working environment in a different country.
The priorities of our institution are as follows:
Design and promote activities for individual student progress.
Evaluate collaboration opportunities with other European schools.
Offer information about the practice of languages with courses, seminars and conferences with regards to the use of mobility programme.
The dissemination will be performed in all our educational community, involving school managing, teaching and administrative staff, and companies related to the school, regional education authorities and members of the Town Council. The information will be disseminated mainly through our school website, specialized and educational publications and seminars for teachers.
We also rely on the collaboration of the Language Departament as well as the Tourism Vocational Training Department . Besides, we intend to maintain relationships with teachers and other institutions, both national and European, which ensure our students´ needs.
All the above mentioned is included in our inclusion policy where we incorporate measures to guarantee equality. In this respect, our institution promotes equality and non-discrimination bases on sex, racial or ethnic origin, age or disability. Among the arrengements ensured to comply with the policy of non-discrimination, we should highlight the programme for the inclusive education of mental disabled students that our institution has been implementing for years. Apart from this, our school is actively involved in other important iniciatives intended to meet some of the challenges and needs of today´s society. In this respect the following projects and activities are being carried out:
School, Space of Peace.
Non-sexist Education.
Sport and School.
Bilingualism.
Use of the new technologies in the classroom.
Our institution also promotes genuine equality of opportunities between men and women so as to makea accesible training and facilitate all kinds of career choices as well as their exercise.
OUR INSTITUTION´S STRATEGY FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL ( EU AND NON-EU) COOPERATION PROJECTS IN TEACHING IN RELATION TO PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED UNDER THE PROGRAMME.
In order to organize and implement strategies to make the most of international cooperation projects, such as the Erasmus program, our institution intends to form a network of Vocational Training Centers with similar characteristics to ours through a Comenius program. By doing so, we hope to get the necessary contacts to facilitate and encourage mobility iniciatives.
Considering the socioeconomic background of our geographic area in general and the characteristics of our institution in particular, we consider it of the most important for our students to continue their training by working overseas, something which is granded by the Erasmus program. We will also promote and facilitate mobility iniciatives for the staff of our Institution.
THE EXPECT IMPACT OF OUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME ON THE MODERNISATION OF OUR INSTITUTION IN TERMS OF THE POLICY OBJECTIVES WE INTEND TO ACHIEVE.
The application for the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education will bring a lot of advantages for our students and teachers alike. They will be able to meet other students/teachers from different international institutions (EU and non-EU) and exchange experiences with them. They will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the labour market of the foreign country as well as their customs and culture, and last but not least, to improve their language skills.
Our institution has the intention of increasing the Superior Education graduates number. The fact, these students can carry out training programs abroad (since they are students from the professional sector of turism and hotel industries), is an attractive incentive for the students to get involved in their studies and motivate themselves to obtain better marks. A different country allows students to obtain qualifications that would be difficult to acquire without the experience of the Erasmus program, due to different forms and styles of working in different countries.
Our institution would like to provide more opportunities to the students to obtain additional skills through their training abroad, in order to foster the international cooperation with the aim to increase the performance of Superior Education. Usually, the students that opt for Erasmus program will be the most prepared and skilled, both in knowledge and professional skills as well as lenguages, therefore, funding will be improved in order to achieve the excellence.
IMÁGENES DE ALUMNOS CON BECA ERASMUS +
Los alumnos de FPGS de los ciclos de Gestión de Alojamientos Turísticos y de Guía, Información y Asistencia Turísticas, de los cursos anteriores han disfrutado de una beca Erasmus + que les ha permitido realizar su FCT en el extranjero. Los países elegidos fueron Reino Unido (Londres) e Italia.
