Andrés Chirre
Ph. D. in Mathematics
Currently, I am a Research-Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú - PUCP). Previously I was a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Rochester, USA, under the supervision of Steve Gonek, and I was a postdoctoral researcher at NTNU, Norway, under the supervision of Kristian Seip. I completed my Ph.D. in mathematics at IMPA, Brazil, in February 2019, under the supervision of Emanuel Carneiro.
I am working in Mathematical Analysis, especially in topics related to Analytic Number Theory, Fourier Analysis, and Approximation Theory.
