"Between Passion and Speed Part I", by Manole Andrei, is not just a story about fast cars, races, and "who won the race." It is a story about people who promise you everything and give you nothing. About people who confuse power with control and respect with fear. About people who think they can escape their own mistakes with a car. The main character is not a hero, nor is he a genius or a savior. He is just a boy who believed that if he was good enough behind the wheel, the world would owe him something in return.
