Andrei Kamianets Developer Privacy Policy
The provisions of this Policy define the rules for using applications developed by Andrei Kamianets (hereinafter referred to as the Application).
1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Developer - developer Andrei Kamianets, who develops applications in the Republic of Belarus as a self-employed person.
1.2. User - an individual or legal entity using the Developer's Application.
1.3. Application - software developed by Andrei Kamianets, installed on mobile devices (phone, smartphone, tablet, etc.) and allowing its User to receive various information.
2. Terms of use of the Application
2.1. The User is obliged to use the Application for its intended functional purpose.
2.2. The User has no right to modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt and (or) perform other actions with the object code of the Application, aimed at extracting the source text of the Application and (or) obtaining information about the implementation of the algorithms used in the Application, create derivative works using the Application, as well as to carry out (permit to carry out) other use of the Application not for its functional purpose. The User may not distribute, communicate, make public or otherwise use such modified versions of the Application.
2.3. To use the Application, the User must install the application by downloading it from the Apple App Store (for iOS devices), Google Play Market (for Android devices) or Huawei App Gallery (for Huawei Android devices with Huawei Mobile Services).
2.4. Using all the functions of the Application is possible only when the mobile device is connected to the Internet.
2.5. When installing the Application from the Google Play Market, Huawei App Gallery or Apple App Store, the Internet traffic within the cellular data transfer required to download the Application is charged according to the user's tariff plan and in accordance with the conditions of the Internet services connected to the subscriber.

2.6. The Developer provides the User with the necessary information about the Application by posting it on the page in the store and in the application.
2.7. The developer has the right to make changes and additions to the Application, its functional characteristics and conditions for its use; suspend the operation of the Application as a whole or a certain version with a certain operating system in case of detection of various kinds of errors, failures or other malfunctions in operation, as well as in the event of preventive maintenance, preventing unauthorized access of third parties to the Application; restrict or block the User's access to the Application; use the User's data to send informational, promotional messages that the User leaves in the Application (for example, e-mail, phone number, etc.).
2.8. The user is obliged to maintain confidentiality in relation to personal data, to prevent the illegal use of personal data by third parties, as well as the transfer of personal data to third parties, except as otherwise provided by law;
2.9. By authorizing in the Application, the User confirms that he is familiar with and agrees with this Policy, the Developer does not collect, store, transfer the User's data to third parties.
2.10. The developer has the right to unilaterally change this policy by posting these changes on this site.

Положения настоящей Политики определяют правила использования приложений разработанных Andrei Kamianets (далее - Приложение).
1. Термины и определения
1.1. Разработчик – разработчик Andrei Kamianets, осуществляющее деятельность по разработке приложений на территории Республики Беларусь как самозанятый.
1.2. Пользователь - физическое или юридическое лицо, использующее Приложение Разработчика.
1.3. Приложение – программное обеспечение разработанное Andrei Kamianets, устанавливаемое на мобильных устройствах (телефон, смартфон, планшет и др.) и позволяющее его Пользователю получать различную информацию информацию.
2. Условия использования Приложения
2.1. Пользователь обязан использовать Приложение по прямому функциональному назначению.
2.2. Пользователь не имеет права изменять, декомпилировать, дизассемблировать, дешифровать и (или) производить иные действия с объектным кодом Приложения, имеющие целью извлечение исходного текста Приложения и (или) получение информации о реализации алгоритмов, используемых в Приложении, создавать производные произведения с использованием Приложения, а также осуществлять (разрешать осуществлять) иное использование Приложения не по функциональному назначению. Пользователь не вправе распространять, сообщать, доводить до всеобщего сведения или иным образом использовать такие модифицированные версии Приложения.
2.3. Для использования Приложения Пользователь должен установить приложение путём загрузки его из магазинов приложений Apple App Store (для устройств на iOS), Google Play Market (для устройств на Android) или Huawei App Gallery (для устройств Huawei на Android c Huawei Mobile Services).
2.4. Использование всех функций Приложения возможно только при подключении мобильного устройства к сети Интернет.
2.5. При установке Приложения из Google Play Market, Huawei App Gallery или Apple App Store интернет-трафик в рамках сотовой передачи данных, необходимый для загрузки Приложения, тарифицируется согласно тарифному плану пользователя и в соответствии с условиями подключенных у абонента интернет-услуг.

2.6. Разработчик предоставляет Пользователю необходимую информацию о Приложении путем размещения ее на странице в магазине и в приложении.
2.7. Разработчик вправе вносить изменения и дополнения в Приложение, его функциональные характеристики и условия его использования; приостановить работу Приложения в целом либо определенной версии с определенной операционной системой в случае обнаружения разного рода ошибок, сбоев или иных неисправностей в работе, а также в случае проведения профилактических работ, предотвращения несанкционированного доступа третьих лиц к Приложению; ограничить или блокировать доступ Пользователя к Приложению; использовать данные Пользователя для рассылки информационных, рекламных сообщений, которые Пользователь оставляет в Приложении (например, e-mail, номер телефона и пр.).
2.8. Пользователь обязан соблюдать конфиденциальность в отношении персональных данных, не допускать незаконного использования персональных данных третьими лицами, а также передачи третьим лицам персональных данных, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных законодательством;
2.9. Осуществляя авторизацию в Приложении, Пользователь подтверждает, что ознакомлен и согласен с настоящей Политикой, Разработчик не собирает, не хранит, не передает третьим лицам данные Пользователя.
2.10. Разработчик вправе изменить в одностороннем порядке настоящую политику, опубликовав эти изменения на этом сайте.
