Thank you for visiting my personal website. I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Swedish Institute for Social Research (SOFI) at Stockholm University. I am also part of the Urban Lab, a research initiative within the Institute for Housing and Urban Research (IBF) at Uppsala University. I hold a PhD in Economic Geography from the London School of Economics. Before my PhD I studied at Sciences Po in Paris, and at Bocconi University in Milan.

My research interest is in applied urban and regional economics, with an emphasis on the role of social interactions in determining the economic outcomes of people and places. It covers aspects such as inequalities between places or demographic groups, access to information or knowledge, innovation, and regional development dynamics. Visit my research page for more details. I was recently awarded a grant by the Swedish Research Council (VR) to study segregation in access to urban amenities in Sweden.

Outside of academia, I consulted in various capacities for the public sector, conducting studies and evaluations, notably in the area of EU regional policy. I am experienced in the quantitative analysis of local economies, including the application of spatial econometric techniques, geographic information systems, and the study of networks.
