This is the way I do. Or I try to do.

I respect nature first:

environment, water, land, plants, animals, and last, humans.

I'm grateful to agriculture, handicraft, poetry.

  1. Keep a glass and a carafe of water on the table, all day long. And serve yourself from time to time
  2. Take your children, go to the market, buy fruit and brown sugar, and enjoy making together your jam yourself: it's easy and fun!

  4. Be choosy: refuse fish that have suffered lifelong!
  5. Be choosy: refuse meat from animals that have suffered lifelong!
  6. Be choosy: refuse milk from cows that have suffered lifelong!
  7. Be choosy: refuse eggs from hens that have suffered lifelong!
  8. GLOBAL is vain if not filled with LOCAL values
  9. Never boil good milk to drink

  12. Better eating some selected Salt grains from time to time when you feel like, than eating salty food every day
  13. If you cannot find Crude Milk, at least buy fresh full fat milk
  14. Keep Olive Oil in a dark glass bottle well closed and store it in a dark cool cupboard: olive oil cannot stand oxygen, light, warmth
  15. Olive Oil for humans is only extra virgin olive oil
  16. A Beef Steak rare, with hot olive oil, rosemary and balsamic vinegar, is a pleasure!
  17. No Soft Drinks, of course!
  18. No Chemical Sugars, of course!
  19. Added Salt and added Sugar should not be part of human diet
  20. My favorite Drink for breakfast: at least one liter of infusion of green tea and mint, organic and in leaves, of course.
  21. Eat Extra Virgin Olive Oil on bread for breakfast, and buy it from trusted farmers
  22. Eat genuine Honey on bread for breakfast, and buy it from trusted beekeepers
  23. My favorite Chocolate: 90% cocoa, sugar cane and only cocoa butter as fat ingredient, of course!
  24. Hard Bread and Dry Bread are gymnastics for the mouth and relief for the stomach
  25. True Bread is made with only flour, water, yeast, (salt) and no fat
  26. Beware of Cold Cuts: they are full of preservatives
  27. Only accept Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Butter in the ingredients, no other fat
  28. Real Cheese is only cheese that you can eat with its crust
  29. Real Milk is only raw milk
  30. Real Yogurt is only whole milk white natural yogurt

ITALIANO

  1. Non essere timido: dillo anche tu a chi te la offre che rifiuti l'acqua in bottiglia; e dopo sii orgoglioso di te!
  2. Accetta solo olio extra vergine di oliva o burro o panna tra gli ingredienti di pane, fette, biscotti, dolci, salati, snack, merende, piatti pronti, pizza, gelati, etc. Nessun altro tipo di grasso!
  3. Il vero pane (che non deve essere di farina raffinata, quella 0!) è buono per giorni, anche quando diventa duro. Anzi, diventa non solo più digeribile, ma anche un esercizio di masticazione, che stimola la salivazione, pulisce le gengive, rinforza i denti. Se non hai denti forti, vuol dire che non hai masticato abbastanza nella tua vita. Puoi recuperare ora .
  4. Il vero latte è solo il latte crudo, da bere freddo. Se non riesci a trovarlo, almeno cerca latte intero fresco. Altrimenti rifiutalo: tutti gli altri sono sottoprodotti industriali.
  5. Tieni sul tavolo in soggiorno una bella caraffa di vetro riempita con acqua corrente, e un bicchiere di vetro. E serviti di tanto in tanto durante la giornata.
