Research interests

I am generally interested in hyperbolic geometry and low dimensional topology, and I mainly work with surfaces. Currently, my research is centred in Teichmüller theory around concepts like geodesic currents, measured laminations, earthquakes and length functions. During my Master, I also learnt about the interplay between hyperbolic surfaces and translation surfaces.

I would like to learn more about higher Teichmüller theory and how some of the concepts and tools developed in the classical theory can be generalized in the setting of Hitchin representations.
