NeuralSound (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile application AI Voice Recorder & Denoise (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

a) App Access and Security
The App does not require Google or Apple sign-in. We use Firebase App Check to verify that requests come from authentic instances of the App and to help prevent abuse. This process may involve app or device integrity attestation data and temporary App Check tokens. We do not collect your name or email address for sign-in. 

b) Uploaded Content

• When you upload audio or video files, these are temporarily stored in our secure servers and Cloudflare R2 storage.

• Files are automatically deleted within 1 days of upload.

• During this period, you may download input and output files. After 3 days, they are permanently deleted and unavailable.

c) Subscription & Payment Information

• Payments and subscriptions are managed via Google Play Billing.

• Your payment information (e.g., credit/debit card details) is processed securely by Google Play.

• We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

d) Analytics & Usage Data

• We use Google Analytics to collect non-identifiable information such as device type, app usage statistics, crash logs, and other diagnostic data.
  
  

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve app features.

• Process audio/video files and deliver results.

• Manage authentication and subscriptions

• Communicate with you about your account and updates.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• Uploaded files are retained for up to 1 days and then permanently deleted.

• Account information is retained while your account remains active.

• You may request deletion of your account and related data by contacting us.
  
  

4. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following services, which may collect information:

• Google Play Services – subscriptions, and payments

• Google Analytics – app usage tracking

• Cloudflare R2 – secure cloud storage

• RunPod – AI model processing infrastructure

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child provides personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, update, or delete your data.

• Withdraw consent for certain processing.
