Follow these steps to sign up for USA Ultimate.

1. Go to the USAU website and click on the "Member Account" button.

2. Now either create an account or sign in to your existing one.

3. Once you get to this screen you can click on the boxes to perform the actions you need.

The only information you need to email us is your USAU ID. Your waiver and membership status are automatically available to Andover Ultimate.
