나노재료 및 소자연구실은 박막 및 나노소재의 설계, 합성, 특성 분석을 기반으로, 다양한 기능성 소재를 개발합니다. 저차원 강유전체 소재를 비롯한 다양한 나노소재의 구조적, 전자적, 광학적 특성을 탐구하며, 이를 활용한 차세대 광전자 소자의 개발에 집중하고 있습니다. 또한, 전자기 및 광학 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 실험과 이론 연구를 병행하며, 고급 분석 기법을 활용하여 소재 및 소자의 표면·계면에서 발생하는 다양한 현상을 연구합니다.
