Throughout our lives, we interact with pathogens, giving rise to a complex dynamics of pathogens and human response. This school will focus on host-pathogen dynamics from an interdisciplinary perspective, emphasising the link between state-of-the art experiments and mathematical modelling. Topics include antibiotic resistance, viral evolution, tropical pathogens, and immune dynamics. The programme will provide a concise summary of this emerging field and lead up to cutting-edge research.
